After complying with all of the requirements, you can complete your enrolment
1. Academic degree (requirements vary according to applicant’s educational background).
a) PAU (Prueba de Acceso a la Universidad – University Entrance Exam)
Certified copy1 of applicant’s academic transcript for years 1 and 2 of International Baccalaureate, A Levels, Highers or equivalent.
Certified copy1 of the PAU.
b) FPII (Formación Profesional II, Vocational Training), or CFGS (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior, Higher-Level Training Cycle), or Technical Specialist Training
Certified copy1 of applicant’s academic transcript for years spent working toward this degree.
Certified copy1 of diploma showing that applicant holds this degree.
c) Baccalaureate or equivalent higher school leavers’ certificate from Educational Systems in European Union Member States
Approval for Admission to Spanish Universities (a procedure that the applicant should complete through the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, the National University of Distance Education). For more information on completing this procedure, applicants should visit the web page www.uned.es.
d) International Baccalaureate

e) Baccalaureate (Higher secondary school certificate) completed in a country outside the European Union and the International Baccalaureate
System
Recognition of higher secondary school certificate’s equivalence in the Spanish system (a procedure that the applicant should complete through the Spanish Ministry of Education: www.mec.es).
Successful completion of the PAU University Entrance Exam, Foreign Studies version. To take this test, applicants need not have received Recognition of their certificate’s equivalence, but they do need to have applied for it. The applicant should apply to take the PAU University Entrance Exam through the National University of Distance Education: www.uned.es.
f) University Entrance Exam for students over 25 (taken and passed before the 2011-12 academic year)
Certified copy1 of personal academic certificate showing that applicant has passed 60 ECTS credits at the university where they took the exam for students over 25.
g) University Entrance Exam for students over 25 (taken and passed after the 2011-12 academic year)
Certified copy1 of certificate showing that applicant has passed the exam for students over 25 at any Spanish university.
h) University Entrance Exam for students over 45
Certified copy1 of certificate showing that applicant has passed the exam for students over 45 at any Spanish university.
i) Applicants who have studied at, but not graduated from, another official Spanish university
Certified copy1 of personal academic certificate specifying courses passed by student as well as grades received.
j) Applicants who have graduated from another official Spanish university
Certified copy1 of academic certificate specifying that applicant has passed all courses leading to the conferral of the bachelor’s degree, honours degree, general degree, engineering degree, technical engineering degree, architecture degree, or technical architecture degree, as well as marks received.
2. Most recent CV at the time of application for admission (required in the cases outlined in sections f, g, h above; optional in all others).
3. Photocopy of DNI card (for Spanish applicants) or passport (for foreign applicants).
4. Three passport-sized photographs.
In all of the above cases, if the applicant has not completed the studies which would qualify them for admission to a Spanish University at the time of application, they can submit supporting documentation for those classes/courses they have taken and passed up until then. It will still be necessary to submit the complete documentation later in order to enrol in an official undergraduate degree programme.
1 After submitting the original by hand, the applicant can submit/send a copy that will be confirmed and certified solely for internal purposes on the day of the interview.

• Official academic certificate indicating that the certificate has been requested, showing the grade point average of the academic transcript (not counting courses in religion).
b) Applicants with a Higher-Level Technical Degree in Specific Professional Training:
• Certified copy1 of degree.
• Official academic certificate indicating that degree has been requested, specifying the grade point average of the academic transcript.
c) Applicants with a Technical Specialist Degree:
• Certified copy1 of degree.
• Official academic certificate showing that degree has been requested, specifying the grades received in each course.
d) Applicants who have completed COU:
• Certified copy1 of the Selectividad (University Entrance Exam) Card.
• Official academic certificate for BUP and COU (secondary schooling) specifying the grade point average of the academic transcript.
e) Applicants with a University Degree:
• Certified copy1 of degree.
• Official academic certificate indicating that degree has been requested, specifying the grade point average of the academic transcript.
f) Entrance Exam for CFGS (Higher-Level Training Cycles):
• Certified copy1 of the official certificate showing that applicant has passed the entrance exam for CFGS (Higher-Level Training Cycles).
h) University Entrance Exam for students over 25:
• Certified copy1 of certificate showing that applicant has passed the exam for students 25 and older at any Spanish university.
In all the above cases, if at the time they apply applicants have not completed the studies which would qualify them for admission to CFGS, they can submit supporting documentation for those classes/courses they have taken and passed up until then. It will still be necessary to submit complete documentation later in order to enrol in an official CFGS programme.
2. Most recent CV at the time of application for admission (required in the cases outlined in section g above, optional in all others, and recommended for applicants with professional experience).
3. Photocopy of DNI card (for Spanish applicants) or passport (for foreign applicants).
4. Three passport-sized photographs.
Admission to the applicant’s programme of interest is contingent upon having successfully met the legal requirements for admission to CFGS programmes specified by current legislation.
(1) After submitting the original by hand, the applicant can submit/send a copy that will be confirmed and certified solely for internal purposes on the day of the interview.
